The scope of the power plant green island is from the flue gas outlet of the boiler to the inlet of the stack, and mainly includes desulfurization (collaborative dust removal), de-NOx, electrostatic precipitator ,etc system.
ESP : a kind of equipment that uses high-voltage electric field to make the dust charged and collected to purify flue gas
Bag filter: a kind of equipment that uses the filtering function of fiber fabric to filter the dusty gas and purify the flue gas
FGD: a kind of process and equipment for removing SOx from flue gas.
De-NOX: a kind of process and equipment for removing NOx from flue gas.
Hybrid system (ESP +Bag house) | This product fully combines the advantages of electrostatic precipitator and bag filter, so as to providea good solution for strict emission control, stabilize the discharge of the precipitator, increase the service lifeof the bag, and enable the precipitator to maintain the stable emission below 30mg/Nm³. ● The product is also suitable for the renovation of ESP of the existing unit, and can achieve the guarantee of 30mg/Nm³ stably without increasing the electric field and the height of the original ESP. ● The air resistance is less than the pure bag filter about 30%. ● Construction duration is less about 50% man-day on the same scale unit comparing to the Conventional ESP mechanical renovation . ● It saves the cost for client by about 60% comparing to the Conventional ESP mechanical renovation . |

Semi-dry FGD | ● Circulating fluidized bed flue gas desulfurization is a kind of desulfurization and absorption reactor using lime as absorbent and circulating fluidized bed. It makes full use of the unique characteristics of circulating fluidized bed, including the superior heat and mass transfer between gas and solid phases. The absorbent circulates for many times and the contact reaction time is longer, which greatly improves the utilization rate and desulfurization efficiency of the absorbent. ● Semi dry desulfurization has the following advantages: ● Simple process and low investment ● Small floor area and low cost ● Dry state by-product, no waste water, no corrosion, no lining required on duct, tower, chimney. ● High desulfurization efficiency >90% ● High desulfurization efficiency >90% ● No flue gas reheat system is required ● Remove heavy metals without pollution |
Limestone gypsum wet desulphurization | ● The advantages of pulse suspension system are: ● Agitator is not required in the tower ● Use pulse stirring to lift the solids at the bottom of the tower to prevent precipitation. ● Simple structure, no movable parts in the tower. ● The suspension pump is outside the tower, one for use and one for standby. It can be repaired without stopping the absorption tower. |
Dry FGD (NaHCO3) | ● Sodium-based dry desulfurization technology uses NaHCO3 as desulfurizer, which is sprayed into SDS reactor in the state of ultrafine powder. Under the action of high-temperature flue gas, NaHCO3 ultrafine powder decomposes high-activity Na2CO3 and CO2. Na2CO3 with strong activity fully contacts with SO2 and other acidic media in flue gas, and is absorbed and purified. ● Dry FGD advantage: ● High efficiency, SO2 removal rate is over 95% ● Dry system, no water required during all the process. ● Small floor area, low system cost and low one-time investment. ● No corrosion during the process. ● It is applicable to coking, glass and steel industries with low sulfur content and small flue gas volume. |
